Privacy Policy
Last updated: 15 October 2026
Prime Services respects the privacy of customers, suppliers, business contacts, website visitors and other individuals who communicate with us. This Privacy Policy explains how information submitted through this website or through linked communication channels may be handled.
1. Information we may collect
Depending on how you contact us, we may receive your name, company or organisation, mobile number, email address, project or site location, selected service, approximate quantity or scope, preferred site-visit date/time, enquiry details and other information you choose to provide.
If you use our Media & Content Consent form, we may also receive your organisation, role, project/site reference, the type of media or content concerned, consent selections and any restrictions or notes you provide.
2. How we use information
We may use information to respond to enquiries; assess scrap, e-waste, asset-liquidation, demolition or dismantling requirements; arrange and confirm site visits; prepare quotations or commercial discussions; coordinate service delivery; maintain business, accounting and operational records; respond to requests or complaints; and protect the security and integrity of our website and business communications.
3. Site-visit and quotation information
A preferred date or time submitted through the website is a request only and does not constitute a confirmed appointment. Information submitted for a quotation or assessment is used to understand the requirement and does not by itself create a contract or guarantee a purchase price.
4. WhatsApp, telephone and email
When you choose to continue an enquiry through WhatsApp, this website may prepare the details you entered for you to review and send. Communications made through WhatsApp, telephone, email or other third-party services are also subject to the relevant provider's terms and privacy practices.
5. Media and content consent
Prime Services may publish project photographs, videos, testimonials or related business content only where it has an appropriate basis to do so. The Media & Content Consent form is provided so an authorised person can record permission and any stated restrictions. Submission of that form does not transfer ownership of third-party intellectual property to Prime Services.
6. Sharing and service partners
Prime Services is headquartered in Bengaluru. Where a requirement outside Bengaluru is coordinated through an appropriate service or business partner, information reasonably necessary to assess or deliver that requirement may be shared with that partner. Information may also be shared with professional advisers, technology or communication providers, or authorities where reasonably necessary or required by applicable law.
7. Sale of personal information
Prime Services does not sell personal information submitted through website enquiries or consent forms.
8. Retention and security
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for enquiry handling, service coordination, consent records, business administration, accounting, dispute handling and applicable legal requirements. Reasonable organisational and technical measures are used to protect information, although no internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
9. Your choices and requests
You may contact Prime Services to request correction of information you have provided, ask a privacy question, withdraw a media/content permission for future use where applicable, or raise a concern about how your information is handled. A withdrawal cannot necessarily reverse uses that lawfully occurred before the request was received.
10. Cookies and basic website technology
The website uses essential browser and hosting technologies required to operate, secure and deliver pages. Prime Services also uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4), provided by Google, to understand website usage and improve website performance and content.
Google Analytics may process information about website interactions such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from network information, device and browser information, referral information, and engagement events. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar identifiers for measurement. Prime Services does not intentionally send information entered into enquiry or Media & Content Consent form fields to Google Analytics. Analytics information is used for website measurement and improvement, not to sell personal information. Browser settings and other available privacy controls may be used to limit cookies or tracking; where applicable law requires additional consent or controls, those requirements should be followed.
11. Children's information
This website and Prime Services' commercial services are intended for business and adult enquiries. We do not knowingly request children to submit business enquiries through this website.
12. Changes to this policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated when our website, business processes or applicable requirements change. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated date.
13. Privacy contact
