Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 14 October 2026

These Terms & Conditions govern use of the Prime Services website and website-based enquiries. They should be read together with our Privacy Policy. Specific quotations, work orders, purchase arrangements or other written agreements may contain additional or different commercial terms for a particular engagement.

1. About Prime Services

Prime Services is headquartered in Bengaluru, Karnataka and provides services relating to scrap purchasing, e-waste requirements, corporate asset liquidation, demolition and dismantling, subject to assessment and acceptance of each requirement.

2. Website information

Website content is provided for general information and business-enquiry purposes. While we aim to keep information accurate and current, descriptions, photographs, service examples and project content are illustrative and do not constitute a guarantee that every service, material category or project can be accepted in every location or circumstance.

3. Service coverage

Bengaluru is the sole office/headquarters of Prime Services. Requirements elsewhere in India may be assessed, coordinated or delivered through an appropriate service/business partner network depending on location, scope, material volume and feasibility. References to PAN-India service coverage do not represent Prime Services branch offices in every city.

4. Enquiries and site visits

Submitting an enquiry or selecting a preferred site-visit date/time does not create a confirmed appointment or contract. Site visits are subject to confirmation by Prime Services and may be rescheduled where operational, safety, access or other circumstances require.

5. Quotations and scrap or asset valuation

Indicative prices, discussions or preliminary estimates are not final purchase prices. Valuation may depend on material or asset type, quantity, weight, condition, recoverability, market conditions, location, loading/access requirements, inspection findings, applicable taxes and the agreed scope. A binding commercial arrangement arises only when the relevant terms are confirmed by the parties.

6. Demolition, dismantling and site-clearance work

Such work is subject to site assessment, technical and operational feasibility, access conditions, safety requirements, agreed exclusions, commercial terms and any permissions, approvals or documentation applicable to the particular site or engagement. Website content must not be interpreted as representing that Prime Services holds a licence, certification or regulatory authorisation that has not been expressly confirmed in writing for the relevant work.

7. E-waste and regulated materials

Acceptance and handling of e-waste or other regulated material is subject to the nature of the material, the agreed service model and applicable requirements. Prime Services does not, through this website alone, represent itself as an authorised recycler or claim any regulatory certification not expressly stated and verified.

8. Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information about the site, ownership or authority over materials/assets, quantities, hazardous or restricted conditions, access limitations and other matters relevant to assessment or performance. You should not offer material or assets that you do not own or are not authorised to dispose of.

9. Access, safety and delays

Service performance may depend on safe access, site readiness, working-hour restrictions, building or facility rules, weather, transport availability and other conditions outside Prime Services' reasonable control. Prime Services may pause, reschedule or decline work where conditions are unsafe, materially different from the information provided, or otherwise unsuitable.

10. Payments, taxes and documentation

Payment terms, invoicing, applicable taxes, deductions, documentation and settlement arrangements are governed by the quotation, purchase arrangement, work order or other agreement applicable to the engagement.

11. Photographs, project content and media

Photographs and project images displayed on this website are used to illustrate genuine types of work and capabilities. They do not necessarily identify a customer, certify a particular classification of material or imply endorsement by any pictured organisation. Media or testimonial content supplied by third parties remains subject to applicable ownership and consent rights.

12. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the Prime Services name, website design, written content, graphics and other original website materials may not be reproduced, republished or commercially exploited without appropriate permission. Third-party names, marks or content remain the property of their respective owners.

13. External services and links

The website may provide links or actions involving third-party services such as WhatsApp or map services. Prime Services is not responsible for the availability, security, content or independent privacy practices of third-party platforms.

14. No guarantee of continuous website availability

We may update, suspend or change website content or functionality without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the website.

15. Limitation relating to website use

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Prime Services is not responsible for losses arising solely from reliance on general website information, interruption of website access or third-party services. Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability or right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

16. Privacy

Information submitted through the website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using a third-party communication channel, you also acknowledge that provider's applicable terms and privacy practices.

17. Changes to these Terms

Prime Services may update these Terms when the website, services or applicable requirements change. The version published on this page at the time of use will apply to website use, while separately agreed commercial documents continue to govern their respective engagements.

18. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to applicable law and any mandatory jurisdictional requirements, disputes arising from use of this website or services provided by Prime Services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.
